If North American cable operators don?t move into the mobile market soon, they risk continued subscriber churn and slow?if not nonexistent?growth rates. Roughly 25 percent of customers from major U.S. triple-play providers are not satisfied with their service--primarily because they don't think it offers enough value for the money. Providers must understand how consumers value new initiatives such as multi-screen services and price them appropriately or risk losing customers to over-the-top players.
