Andy Castonguay is a director for Yankee Group's Anywhere Network research group with expertise in mobility and digital services. Castonguay currently focuses on access devices, researching the devices and trends that are transforming how people access and interact with the Anywhere Network. He is also well versed in mobile transactions, marketing strategy, end-user research, market dynamics analysis, quantitative modeling, business plan development/evaluation and market forecasting.

Before joining the Anywhere Consumer team at Yankee Group, Castonguay was the director of consulting and research for Telefinance, a boutique financial and management consulting firm in Brazil. There, Castonguay managed a number of strategic consulting projects, including the marketing and operational portions of the pre-acquisition due diligence of BellSouth's largest Latin American property in 2003. In 2001 and 2002, Castonguay served as program manager of the Yankee Group Wireless/Mobile Latin America Planning Service. Castonguay also served as a senior analyst and Brazil operations director for Pyramid Research, and as operations coordinator for the global democracy development programs at the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs in Washington, D.C. from 1996 to 1998.

Castonguay holds a dual B.A. degree in history and Portuguese and Brazilian studies from Brown University. He is fluent in English and Portuguese. Originally from San Diego, he was a member of the US Junior National Water Polo team in high school and college.
