FastView Surveys FastView Surveys deliver a snapshot of individual hot markets, including buyer behavior, customer satisfaction, purchase plans, feature preferences and barriers to adoption. They arm market intelligence organizations, product management and executives with the insights required for targeted product and sales strategies.
Delivered once per year, FastView Surveys include PowerPoint slides with re-usable graphics, SPSS and Excel files for easy data manipulation, as well as the survey questionnaire. They can be purchased individually or in bundles of one, three or five, depending on your areas of interest.
Broadband and Wireless Video: This survey gives insights into consumers? TV and video viewing habits by looking at trends in subscription, Internet and over-the-air TV services, as well as devices that consumers use to view their video such as HDTVs, DVRs, video game consoles, Blue-ray players, DMAs, place-shifting devices, computers and cell phones. The survey also sheds light on interest into applications pay TV operators can deploy to fight potential cord-cutting.
Cloud Computing: This survey is designed to provide insight into current and planned enterprise preferences for SaaS, PaaS and IaaS. Topics include preferred models (public vs. private), vendors used/considered, selection criteria, satisfaction with current suppliers, key (purchase) decision-makers, drivers and barriers, SLAs, security and compliance requirements.
Mobile Devices: The Mobile Devices FastView provides a 360-degree perspective into mobile devices and wireless broadband services used by U.S. consumers and workers by integrating results from our consumer, employee and IT decision-maker surveys. It addresses device purchase plans, feature popularity, enterprise IT support, cord-cutting, devices used for work, 4G perceptions and more.
Mobile Applications: The Mobile Applications FastView provides insights into consumer and business mobile applications used on smartphones. Consumers are asked about the type of applications they download onto their mobile phones, how many they download, how many they pay for and where they buy them. IT decision-makers are asked about their organizations? deployment status and plans for internal (used by employees) and external (used by customers) mobile applications, the improvements they expect to see from their deployments and any barriers they face.
Service Provider Satisfaction: The Service Provider Satisfaction FastView provides a 360-degree perspective into U.S. wireless voice and data services and customer satisfaction with their service providers. It integrates results from our consumer, employee and IT decision-maker surveys and includes respondents? open letters written to carriers. The survey also examines past and future churn behavior, as well as reasons for churn, plus other household services such as land-line phone, subscription TV and wired Internet.
