Jon Paisner is a senior analyst in Yankee Group's Anywhere Network research group with expertise in network software systems, mobile transactions and network intelligence. His research focuses on the competitive landscape, market segmentation strategies and emerging technologies within these spaces.

Prior to joining Yankee Group, Paisner worked in the operations and finance department at Ricoh Corp., a leading office equipment manufacturer. As the associate controller, Paisner was responsible for certain order management functions as well as all billing, revenue assurance and collection activities for the New England region. He also worked on the order-to-cash team as part of an ERP implementation.

Paisner received a B.S. degree in business administration from the University of New Hampshire with a minor in psychology. He also earned an M.B.A. degree with a concentration in marketing from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley College.
