New APP store will set the iPhone apart from its rivals
Apple's new 3G iPhone goes on sale today. Senior analyst Josh Martin with the Yankee Group tells Nancy Lyons that the lower price will attract a new type of buyer. There are differences from the original iPhone including a new scratch resistant back that's easier to hold. But Martin says what really sets this iPhone apart from its rivals will be the new Apple APP store where owners can download whatever applications they need to customize their phone.
