- Cross Zakim Bridge
- Take Exit 23 for Purchase Street
- Right on Oliver Street (signs for Purchase Street)
- Oliver changes to Kirby Street
- When you reach Water Street, One Liberty Square is on your right
From I–93 South:
- Cross Longfellow Bridge from Cambridge
- Take Exit 23 Toward North Street
- Left on North Street (Faneuil Hall is on your left)
- Left on Congress Street
- Left on Water Street – you will then be facing One Liberty Square
From the Massachusetts Turnpike (I–90)
- I–90 East – Take Exit 24A on the left for I–93 / US–1 / MA–3
- Continue toward Atlantic Avenue
- Merge onto Atlantic Avenue
- Left on Oliver Street
- Oliver changes to Kirby Street
- When you reach Water Street, One Liberty Square in on your right
From Logan Airport
- Take airport exit to MA–1A South
- Follow signs to Sumner Tunnel
- Take exit onto I–93 S / MA–3 S / MA–1A S
- Take Exit 23 for Purchase Street
- Right on Oliver Street (signs for Purchase Street)
- Oliver changes to Kirby Street
- When you reach Water Street, One Liberty Square is on your right
- OR take public transportation – the best route is to take the Blue Line from the Airport stop inbound to State
From Cambridge
- Cross Longfellow Bridge from Cambridge
- At rotary, take Cambridge Street
- Cambridge Street changes to Tremont Street
- Left on School Street
- Left on Washington Street
- Right on Water Street
- Cross Congress Street – you will then be facing One Liberty Square
From public transportation
Go to the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority.
The closest subway stop is State on Orange Line and Blue Line.
The State stop is a bit confusing with a lot of twists and turns. Below are detailed directions on how to find the best exit. When you use the Devonshire & Water Streets exit – simply walk straight ahead a couple blocks, cross Congress Street and you'll run into One Liberty Square
Orange Line
- If on an ORANGE LINE train heading towards OAK GROVE –
- Turn right when exiting the train (towards the back of the train)
- Walk to the very end of the platform and take the stairs up
- Turn left
- Walk down the long corridor
- At the end of the corridor, take the Devonshire & Water Streets exit on your left
- If on an ORANGE LINE train heading towards FOREST HILLS –
- Turn left when exiting the train (towards the back of the train, towards the Blue Line)
- Take the Devonshire & Water Streets exit, which is located just before the long colorful corridor
Blue Line
If on a BLUE LINE train heading towards BOWDIN/GOV&T CTR –
- Turn left when exiting the train (towards the font of the train)
- Take the stairs down to the Orange Line
- Take the stairs on your left up
- Walk down long colorful corridor
- At the end of the corridor, take the Devonshire & Water Streets exit on your left
If on a BLUE LINE train heading towards WONDERLAND –
- Turn right when exiting the train (towards the back of the train)
- Walk to the right of the stairs at the end of the platform to the Orange Line/Forest Hills
- Take a left and walk down long colorful corridor
- At the end of the corridor, take the Devonshire & Water Streets exit on your left

- Red Line to Downtown Crossing
- Green Line to Government Center
- Commuter Rail
- South Station (0.5–mile walk)
- Northeast on Atlantic Ave (heading out of South Station, take a right)
- Left on Congress Street
- Right on Water Street
- North Station (1–mile walk)
- Take Friend Street (off Causeway Street)
- Cross street at first intersection with a traffic signal, you are now on Congress Street
- Pass Faneuil Hall on your left
- Cross State Street
- Take a left on Water Street
- Back Bay –
- Change to the Orange Line and follow the directions above: Orange Line to Oak Grove,
