What's unique about working at Yankee Group? We are all a bunch of high-performers! Every single person who works here wants to do the best job, be the best at their job and works hard to stay that way. I like that there are a lot of very intelligent people in the organization. There's always someone I'm working with who challenges me or helps me learn.
What does it take to be successful at Yankee Group? Tenacity and a sense of humor. In an industry that is constantly changing, a Yankee Group employee must be focused yet flexible, solution-oriented and highly motivated. My main motivations include interesting and complex consulting projects and winning new business. (But chocolate has been known to motivate me as well.)
